A beautiful house in a fantastic location at the intersection (55) of I4 and State Road 27. 15 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Cypress Gardens, 30 minutes to Busch Gardens. The south facing, heated pool and deck have magnificent, uninterrupted views over conservation area and the house is fully equipped for your vacation.

The house is single story and has a double garage with two further parking spaces. The community is gated and the home is fully alarmed for your security.

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay over the Christmas Holidays. The villa was located perfectly allowing us quick access to Disney World – 7 minutes away and easy access to attractions on both coasts. With a fantastic shopping center only minutes away, it was easy to stock up on anything we needed.

The pool was a great way to start and end the day. The view over the conservation area was amazing to wake up to and he area was extremely quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

Interior furnishing were ample and extremely comfortable. The villa was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. The kitchen area was great for breakfasts with the family before heading off on an adventure.

The only thing missing was a Barbecue. It would have been nice to throw a few steaks on.

We would not hesitate to stay here again.
