Well, after a great start to the year and a fantastic Easter all you tourists have disappeared. I really should have taken a vacation myself.

When times are quiet there is only one thing I can do to cheer myself up and that is enjoy a little schadenfreude. So in that vein, Reunion Resort apparently was at only 20% occupancy for Memorial weekend and they are forecasting 15% occupancy for July 4th. They have got to be praying that the ‘Wyndham Effect’ starts to kick in soon.

So I might be about to enter the poor house but it looks like there is going to be a very long queue in front of me.

I was chatting to someone about this state of affairs recently and she pointed out to me that exactly the same thing happened last year and June and July eventually turned out very busy.

I am holding my breath…….

We are starting to get some proper Florida summer weather with 90º temperatures and some great afternoon storms….

I have just made a quick reference map for Reunion Resort. It shows (To the best of my limited ability.) the locations of all the vacation rentals I promote in the resort in relation to it’s attractions. Hopefully this will make it a lot easier for you to decide which one you want to stay in for your next vacation.

Just thought I should drop a quick line to say that we now have very limited availability for Spring Break / Easter. I can not believe how many inquiries we are getting for the end of March beginning of April.

Still, can’t complain.

These great Heritage Crossing Condos. in Reunion Resort will be available from the beginning of April. It was a beautiful day yesterday when I took these pictures.
